When you need your knowledge refreshed or you have a turnover of staff this is an appropriate course for you. Our refresher courses offer a combination of the Getting Started and Teaching with SimPad or LLEAP software courses to ensure you retain what you've learned and keep you updated on any new developments.

Operators
As an operator, you may not use certain features and functions of your simulator system regularly. This course can help you fill any gaps in knowledge of your simulator and software.

Over time, you may find gaps in your knowledge and understanding of your simulator system. The course repeats fundamental knowledge of the simulator and software.
Administrators
In order to ensure an effective simulation program, your staff needs to be up to speed on how to use the simulators and how to meet their training objectives. Refresher courses will help to keep your team confident.

How the course is delivered
This is a one-day course for up to eight participants delivered at your facility by our Service Specialist.
