Routine maintenance actions prevent failures from happening and can extend the life of equipment.

At the conclusion of this course, participants complete a competency quiz and receive a certificate of completion signifying they are prepared to:
- Troubleshoot issues and perform corrective maintenance without interrupting operations.
- Provide essential care of the equipment to avoid failures and extend life of the simulator.

The certification is valid for 2 years from date of issue. Renewals must be purchased within 90 days of the current certification's expiration date. These courses are recommended for experienced stakeholders who manage simulation lab operations.
Prerequisites include:

- Basic networking knowledge
- Good PC skills
