Kristina Thomas Dreifuerst博士，RN，CNE，Anef，Faan是印第安纳大学的助理教授。在过去的20年中，她一直是护士教育者，在传统和在线环境中教授教学课程和临床课程，以预先接受研究，研究生和博士生。Her research is at the forefront of disciplinary efforts to a) develop, use, and test innovative teaching methods to improve students’ clinical reasoning skills, and b) investigate how teachers can best be prepared to use evidence-based methods including simulation and debriefing to enhance clinical teaching and she is the author of the Debriefing for Meaningful Learning (DML) method of clinical and simulation debriefing. Dr. Dreifuerst is the recipient of numerous awards including the 2014 NLN-Laerdal Debra Spunt Lectureship. In 2014 she was also inducted into the Academy of Nursing Education.

Yun博士康是全球护理Edu的导演cation Center and is an assistant professor in the College of Nursing at Taegu Science University (TSU) in South Korea. The College of Nursing at TSU provides the best possible practice-based nursing education to undergraduate nursing students and also actively provide programs to train nursing faculties in simulation practices by establishing a Nursing Simulation Training Center and a Severe Trauma Nursing Training Center. She has an active teaching roles with nursing students, nurses and nursing faculties.
