Dr. Nicole Harder |
Dr. Nicole Harder, PhD, RN, CHSE is an Assistant Professor at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada, and an adjunct faculty member with Bryan College of Health Sciences teaching in the Simulation Education Graduate Certificate program. Nicole has conducted several education sessions nationally and internationally educating faculty members on techniques in simulation, and how to get the best learning experiences for their students. Her research work has been funded both by local and national funding bodies. She has authored many papers on the use of simulation in nursing education and is currently the associate editor for the peer-reviewed journal Clinical Simulation in Nursing. In addition to working with INACSL, Nicole has been involved on other boards including serving as the Co-Chair of the Canadian Association for Schools of Nursing (CASN) Taskforce on Clinical Education, former Chair of the CASN Simulation Special Interest Group, and the President of the Western and Northern Region-CASN.

斯蒂芬·几内亚(Stephen Guinea)博士,RN (BN), GDipTDStephen is the Faculty Coordinator of Health Simulation for Australian Catholic University Faculty of Health Sciences. Stephen’s research interests include simulation design for authentic learning, clinical skills development and integrating workplace pedagogy into university curriculum. Stephen has lead several successful teaching development grants and has received three learning and teaching awards including a 2013 Office for Learning and Teaching Citation for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning.

Kristina Thomas Dreifuerst |
Kristina Thomas Dreifuerst PhD, RN, CNE, ANEF, FAAN is an Assistant Professor at Indiana University. She has been a nurse educator for the past 20 years, teaching didactic and clinical courses in traditional and online environments to prelicensure, graduate and doctoral students. Her research is at the forefront of disciplinary efforts to a) develop, use, and test innovative teaching methods to improve students’ clinical reasoning skills, and b) investigate how teachers can best be prepared to use evidence-based methods including simulation and debriefing to enhance clinical teaching and she is the author of the Debriefing for Meaningful Learning (DML) method of clinical and simulation debriefing. Dr. Dreifuerst is the recipient of numerous awards including the 2014 NLN-Laerdal Debra Spunt Lectureship. In 2014 she was also inducted into the Academy of Nursing Education.

Dr. Yun KANG received a PhD in Nursing from Griffith University School of Nursing in Brisbane, Australia in 2016. She participates in several ongoing research projects. Her research interests include hybrid simulation education, remote learning and education technology.
